Wisdom Principles
The source code of the system
The Wisdom Principles are the ethical and behavioral foundations of the system. They are not rules to follow blindly — they are tools for thinking, reflecting, and interacting with others in ways that foster trust, understanding, and progress. Every principle shares the same format, so each one is easy to learn and apply.

The act of perceiving another person's perspective as clearly as possible while fully grasping your own.
Learn itGood Faith
Approaching others with the genuine assumption that they too are trying to act with integrity.

Choosing to release resentment so past harm doesn't dictate present or future action.

Recognizing the limits of your own perspective — and noticing when Pride blocks collaboration.

Caring for others and connecting with their experience so you can see the human behind the behavior.
Learn itBravery
The willingness to speak and act honestly despite fear, discomfort, or uncertainty.
Learn itVulnerability
Letting others see your authentic self — thoughts, feelings, uncertainties, and needs.

Giving time and space for understanding, problem-solving, and growth to occur.
Learn itFairness
Ensuring decisions and outcomes are just, impartial, and considerate of everyone's needs.

Learn itCritical Thinking
Questioning assumptions and weighing evidence before forming a conclusion or acting.
Learn itThe Wisdom Principles are designed to work together. No single principle is sufficient on its own; each supports the others in creating a balanced approach to conflict resolution and collaboration.
